WARNING: Do not use a percent in -evaluate multiply!
(yes I was wrong in my previous answer)

In -evaluate a percent equated to percentage of QuantumRange
that would be a VERY VERY large value for 'multiply'
but just fine for use with 'set', 'add', or 'subtract'
